You would need to create your own in-house cable system, using a separate satellite receiver and channel modulator for every channel. It gets pricy so that's why it's mostly limited to the big hotels.
I have five cheap modulators I like to play with...they carry signals from three DTV receivers, one FTA receiver, and one of my DISH receivers to every TV in the house.

Hotels do this by using one tuner for each channel they want to offer, then modulating the output from each tuner onto a specific NTSC TV channel. Search The Internet for "SMATV" and you'll find more info. Honestly, this is not a cost-effective nor efficient solution for residential homes.
If you want to locate all your receivers in a central media closet, you can do that and still control them remotely. All modern D* receivers support RF remote controls and each remote can be coded to a specific receivers. The D* remotes can even be programmed to turn the TV on and off and control its volume. There are many users that have setups just like this.
If you can give us more information about why you want or need to configure your system this way, we can offer more suggestions.

BTW: The same can be done with DISH equipment. I tucked my 501 away in the basement years ago to help in the wiring. The only issue would be the same that faces DirecTV receivers ... getting clear HD signals to any HD TVs that you have.
