Anyone else having a problem with the guide information being hosed up? I have three of these units and the guide data is hosed on all of them. Example. I tune to channel 360 which should be Fox News and I get CNBC appearing for me. I skiped watching fox news for the last week...bummer. In addition, for many of the programs the guide just says 'To Be Announced'. If this happened on one receiver I'd just reboot it, but this is on all three receivers, all HR10-250. Never had one problem with these receivers before. I assume this is due to some changes that D* made and that make me even more angry that they are not more professional with their service. It's starting to feel like they really don't know how their own service works, like who's minding the store? Did support get turned over to a bunch of pre-schoolers?

No problems with my HR10-250. Guide data looks fine and it tunes properly.

Why not restart/reboot one of the units and see what happens?

Do you have all your receivers on latest software ?

Just because it's happening on all 3 of them doesn't mean a reboot won't fix it. It could also possibly be low signal strength on 119.

Typically resetting the Tivo will solve this problem .... disconnect power, wait 30-sec, reconnect power. It can take several hours for the Guide to repopulate.

What version of software is your TiVo?

Are the HR10-250s one of those units that the software downloads from the sat, but it needs to "phone home" to trigger the update?

If so, harperd, do you have them connected to a phone line, and is the connection functioning properly?

I have one HR10-250 still on my account and haven't had any trouble with guide data at all.
