I have a HR21-200 that's networked via ethernet. However I'm doing some beta testing of another device that was connecting to the network wirelessly and unfortunately it's not working correctly in that configuration so I'm using the HR21's ethernet connection for this device.
I'm curious to what exactly comes in/out through this connection? I'm never going to use PPV. I use my PS3 for my UPnP content from my computer. I don't ever use the Active channel (I think that's what it's called). About the only thing I'll miss is on DEMAND and I think TWC Local on the 8's (I assume that's how the info is transmitted). Is there anything else coming in from the "net" I'm missing?
