I'm having a problem with my DirecTV DNS stations. For background, I live in a motorhome equipped with a TracVision R6ST system, which has autotracking, and subscribe to the DTV "mobile" package which gives me the network stations from New York and LA. I've had the service for some time without any problems; however, for the last five days the CBS West and CBS East stations have been breaking up/pixelating at varying rates. Sometimes just a bit, sometimes completely making the picture unusable. The R6 has an extensive diagnostic program, & I've locked on to a number of satellites/transponders with no change. Signal strength, connectivity, and all other tests are OK. All other 100+ channels are clear. I spoke to a DTV representative and was told it "is a CBS problem", and have heard from other RV'rs that they are having the problem also, although many are not. So, what can I do? Is there a fix to my equipment, is it a DTV problem, or is it a CBS problem? Appreciate your thoughts. Thanks in advance,

If you are getting the other channels okay, then likely it is a problem at DirecTV, whether they admit it or not. A missing/low-powered transponder would take out a dozen channels. One bad one is a problem at the uplink or somewhere upstream.
