Anything really, as long as you are not running super long distances anything will work the same.

You can always put the Comcast box on a component input, since you won't see appreciable difference from the HDMI input. Video quality of cable isn't as good as Blu-ray (assuming that's what you want to install).

You won't miss out on anything having the Comcast box on component since it tops out at 1080i anyway.

Move the HDMI to the PS3.
