Spybot keeps showing win32.Sober whenever I run a scan, but even when I tell it to fix it, it keeps showing up. Spybot is the only program that sees it.
I've run Spybot is Safe Mode, and that didn't get rid of it. How do I get rid of this?

If I'm not mistaken, that's an email worm... that attempts to spam all of your contacts...

Any free antivirus software should rid of it...

You can always try McAfee's Stinger utility. It's good for a one-shot removal and it's free.
