HR20-700 Pixilation Issue

I recently began seeing pixilation problems on my HR20-700 on channels in the high 200's - 300's, ie 284 thru 362. I am not having issues on my H21s (2) or my HR20-100 on the same channels...

What could be causing the problems on one receiver and not the other three...

A follow up...

1. I done a hard restart with card removal...
2. Meter readings on the 99c sat are all in the 80s-90s on both tuners...
3. I changed out the b band converts on both lines in...

I'm really at a loss...
