Are there any itouch apps for a calendar that will for ecample have a popup or noise or something when something in the calendar is about to happen? For example say i have an appointment at 2pm today, is there an app that will make something pop up or something so many minutes early to remined me, like in outlook? Or does the itouch already do this?

I'm sure it already does this as that's exactly how the iPhone works. It syncs with outlook's calaneder or can be setup as a stand alone calender. You have the ability to schedual, make notes and set upto 2 alarms per event that sound off and give visual messages as well at the times you designate (15 mins before, 30 mins, 1 hour, 2 hours, the day of, the day before etc......)

That functionality is already built in. On the device go to your scheduled appointment, edit it and change your alert to whatever you want.
