office went old school

on my work computer we have XP and office XP/2003. All the office programs had the blue theme on it if that makes sense but all of a sudden the all turned to the old light tan/grey looking color like it looks on previous versions of office. I do not want to call IT for this since nothing is realyl wrong other than a personal preference. Is there something i can do to fix this? I tried the themes in XP in the control panel but that doesnt fix it, any ideas?

It sounds like IT pushed down a Group Policy that turned off your ability to select Themes.

How big is your company? If you're small, you may be able to get somewere by just asking "why".

i asked around and it seems to just be me. I work at a pretty big Insruance company
