Then, with just a click of your mouse, we'll send that cable provider a fax on your behalf. Or, if you prefer, you can write your own email, call, or send snail mail! We'll give you the necessary contact information."
I did it, and got a automated response from the qanda mailbox at Dish Network. Folks, e-mail can be ignored. Letters work much better.
