I am a trainer for a company that is about to start installing DIRECTV. We have been trying to acquire a copy of the customer satisfaction checklist, but so far we have not been able to do so.

Does anyone have a copy that we could reference during training?

Also, once we actually start the installing, where will we get these checklists? Are they on the back of the lease addendum by default?

We appreciate the help.

I can't get my scanner to work, but I have one here. It is on the back of the lease addendum I sign when I upgrade or add a receiver to my system.

In the six or eight times I've signed the lease addendum in the past two years, no mention was ever made of the checklist and they remained blank.

RE the checklist............forget it. The customer will be confused enough just reading the contract. Instruct what the items are so the techs will know what is expected. YOU use the checklist when you call the customer or do a QC visit.

If there IS a problem what are you going to do........tell the customer to F off because he signed a checklist?

Just a thought.

IF you really need one, PM me with a fax number and I'll send you a few different ones..........I am unaware DTV has their own.

The one I have says "2006 DIRECTV, Inc." in one corner and looks to be from DirecTV itself, but I can't say for sure.

Yup,

I found one of those............I never used them...............I remember one time seeing a secretary checking a pile of completed WOs and filling in blank ones.

The list is stuff that should be done but the list itself.........just one more thing!

I did send some to Hangman

The installer that recently did my install checked everything off as OK before he gave it to me to sign...

Or even care about it. I did it a handful of times just when I started. Later on... forget it.

The newer lease agreements no longer have the checklist on the back. On the back is the lease agreement written in Spanish. I haven't seen a checklist in probably 8-10 months so I'm thinking they aren't needed anymore.

The installer actually went over the checklist with me prior ot me signing anything. If I didn't agree with the list such as the clean up He remedied the situation right then and there. Albeit this was his first month on the job for Directech.
