South Bend-Elkhart HD Local update?

Last I heard only WNDU channel 16 was on. According to the retailer chat and Charlie Chat they said they would have South Bend-Elkhart IN Locals 12/10.

Does anyone know if they have turned all the channels on yet?

My son here in South Bend said that Dish just turned on WSBT but you need an eastern arc dish to get them. Does Dish supply those as an upgrade and is it free or does it cost you?

Well they came and installed a 61.5 wing and WNDU looks good, but still no other local HD...... :(
