Cowboys vs. Ravens not in HD?

I thought all NFL games were required to be broadcast in HD - especially on the NFL Network? Any insight on this? Thanks!

Who said it's not in HD? I see no hint of that on my guide, and it's reported as HD here:

The HD indicator is not showing in my guide for 212 NFLHD. However it should be (?) in HD on 212 NFLHD but might be SD only on simulcast local channels in Dallas and Baltimore.

Neither local channel 33 or NFL HD show HD broadcast. Perhaps I will try a reset, see if that works.

Update: Went to the D* website, and they don't show HD either.

NFL Network had the game on in HD here in PA.

It was in HD on both the NFLN and channel 33.
