Ice Storm Results

Since the ice storm here in Fort Wayne, IN, the signal strength on the 99 and 103 sats on both receivers is strange. The 101 sat. is fine. I carefully cleaned off the ice from the Slimline 3 dish. On the 99c I get in the 30's on the odd transponers and high 60's on the even. On the 103c I get in the 60's on the odd and 70's on the even. The signal strength on 101 is in the 90's on all transponders. Anyone have an idea what is going on? Prior to the sorm, all signals were in the 90's. I should say that all the trees have over a 1/4' of ice on them. The tree's normally do not interfere with the signals.

Did you check the connections as well? You may have gotten some water leakage into one of the connections causing an issue.

If you scraped the ice off you may have moved the dish out of allignment.
