Watching tv with HR22 and got this code....

Was watching dirty jobs and this popped up from no where in the bottom right hand corner. It said the following:

Receiver 143482

What does that mean? I just clicked OK to get it off the screen. Have not seen it since.

Thats your receiver ID or a portion of it, you get it when you hit the - key on the remote.

Thanks. That was weird then. Because the remote was not near me and untouched.

Not always, but it's been a very long time. Over a year, easily.

Yes, it has been this way for a number of months now. I do this occasionally to as I accidentally hit the dash key from time to time.
