There are only 4 or 5 99 spotbeams in the SF Bay area?

I only get decent signal on 99(s) 15,17,18 and 24 (and sort of 23)

Is it really possible all the HD spots for this area of the country fit on only 4 or 5 spot beams?

(transponder maps are not helpful for D11, they aren't broken down at all by channel let alone region)

You only need one, maybe two spotbeams to provide your local channels, so yes it is possible and probable.
