Dish service down ?!?!?!

I got a blue screen right now saying, "We are experiencing technical difficulties. Please standby..."

Anyone else? I thought it was my 721 acting up but it looks like all dish subscribers are probably getting this message.

Which channels? It's looks ok to me.

Really? Anyone on the east coast seeing this blue screen? The worst part is Thursday is my most watched night.

Just checked again and it appears its ONLY locals down at this time. I lost all of my local channels.

Same here, i am in the philadelphia pa area, my 721 rebooted at about 8:45pm then i got the please stand by message...grrr...i missed the last 15 minutes of survivor!!!

Should post exactly which channels you are talking about since there are alot to pick from.

CBS, ABC, NBC, FOX, WB are all down. All other channels appear to be showing fine.

Yeah, Philly stations down/displaying the technical difficulties msg are:
3 - CBS
6 - ABC
10 - NBC
12 - PBS
17 - WB
29 - FOX
57 - UPN

I noticed that not only were the Philly locals out but that the signal strength indicator for the 129 sat is 0. When I called them they were clueless. They also kept trying to tell me that it is not the 129 sat because the major networks are all still on 110.

Was this a computer glitch or a satellite problem. I demanded a full credit for my service last night for missing my favorite shows.
