I haven't seen this posted anywhere else: The new promo is the old promo they ran last year: Prepay 1 year of Discovery HD and get the 8psk module for free.
I finally broke down and ordered my module for $49 on the last day of the promo April 30th since NBATV announced all the games they will be carrying and the agreement between HDNET & Dish.
