Old Reciever

I'm new here. I have had Direct TV since 1993. About a year ago I got a high def receiver (H20-700) I also have a second old receiver that I use on another TV. It is an old Toshiba and I get my local stations via the 900 channels. WillI be able to get the locals when they are switched to Digital? Will they be the same channel numbers as before?

Yes, you actually are getting them digital right now.

The newer receivers just remap those high numbers to your actual local numbers where the older ones leave them there.
