reciever keeps going in / out

i was watching tv.. and the reciever keeps pausing for couple seconds or longer and i keep getting a blue screen.

the tv is on the correct input.

it does it on live tv and when you watch recorded stuff...


anybody else have this problem?:rolleyes:

could it be hard drive problem?:confused:

You do not give a lot of information. What receiver do you have. How is it connected to TV? Have you tried one of the other types of connection between the receiver and the TV?

ive switch to the RCA and works like a charm...

could it be a bad S-VIDEO CABLE?

could it be a bad output on my reciever?

could it be a bad input to my tv?

It could be any of those things. Try isolating one variable at a time ....
* Replace the SVideo cable
* Try a different Receiver output
* Try different TV inputs, or even a different TV if you have one
