Help with adding multi-switch/new receiver

I want to relocate (add) a TV and will add a new HR 21 receiver at the same time. Currently I have the 5 LNB dish, an HR 21 and a HR10-250 (HD TiVo) connected to our main TV (for four tuners) using all four lines.

My question is do I need to add a 4x8 switch like the WB68 to work with the 2 HR21s and the HR10-250? Or will D* provide that when I schedule an install?

Directv will supply all necessary Multiswitches ect... to get your system up and running.
WB68 will be necessary and is carried by all technicians.
