I was browsing through my locals today, and put it on KTTW (fox), and instead of the informercial that supposed to be showing, a DISH-generated test card is there instead. We had some thunderstorms in our area last night, and I suppose it is having problems, but could they at least put up a 'technical difficulties' slate? :(
