Well, I've been bragging about how great UTV is so it was bound to happen. I have a problem. Last night, suddenly, I could not access my secondary program guides. I could get to my main one with all my selected channels, but I also have one with Movie channels and one that is basically "Home improvement" type channels like DIY,etc. Usually, when I press the "Guide button" the first time I get the main channel selection. Pressing it a second or third time will bring up the other two guides. Now, It stays stuck on the main guide. I have rebooted but it did not do anything. I even put new batteries in the controller. I can access the other two guides by going to Home/Channels... but not by pressing the guide button. I know the guide button works because it will take me to the main guide, just not the other two. Any suggestions?
The 3.7 Update had this reset. You need to go back into your settings menu for the Favorite Channels setup and tell it to 'switch' again. The new feature is the ability for it to stay on one Favorites guide when you press Guide (rather than always going to the main Guide first).
Anyway, let me know if you don't find this and I will look up the exact path on my UTV.

Thanks Ric. I'll go check it out. I got the 3.7 upgrade a week ago. Why would this "guide" problem just begin last night? I'm not sure what "switch" you are referring to for me to reset. My two "favorites" can still be found if I go to Options/favorites. It's just that the guide button will not go beyond the main listings.

Okay, I found a new "switch" in the settings that allows all three of guides to be seen with consecutive pushes of the "guide" button. NOW, however, continued pushing brings up an "all channels" guide showing every D* channel. Any way to get rid of that?
