View Full Version : ? about protection plan

I looked at my most recent bill and notice I wasn't charged for the protection plan. I also looked online and it didn't say I had the protection plan anymore, and I know I didn't cancel it. So my question is how would it have gotten removed from my account when I didn't cancel, does it do it automatically or am I missing something?

There's a mistake somewhere. Did you do anything to your account, such as change packages or add a receiver? Sometimes when you do, they rebuild the whole account and leave things off.

I'm sure they'll be more than happy to add it back.
