HD-LIL - Markets announced, but not yet served

Given Satelliteracer's post here (http://www.dbstalk.com/showthread.php?p=1941648#post1941648) about markets planned for 2009, I suspect we won't see them until the officially announced markets are served. So I made this list of markets that have been announced by DirecTV via a Press Release, but are not yet served:

#142 Palm Springs, CA *
#153 Bangor, ME *
#172 Dothan, AL *
#178 Harrisonburg, VA *
#190 Butte/Bozeman, MT *

Are you going to include missing PBS channels in this also, or just locals?

This is for markets served and for the purposes of this thread, as long as an HD local is up, the market is considered served. The reasoning behind this is as long as there is one channel up, the infrastructure is in place to add the others. At that point, it becomes more of a contract issue and not an infrastructure one. And by infrastrucure, I mean satellite bandwidth to provide the channels and a means to get the HD signal from the LRF to DirecTV.

I can't find anywhere DirecTV announced those markets. There have been a couple of cases where markets were added without an prior announcement.

Odessa is the only 72.5 market not yet announced I believe.
It has had active Ka transponders in the data steam for months.

Huntsville had Ka transponders light up for the first time last month and they would be the logical addition per satelliteracers AL market.

Actually went back thru announcements.
Odessa was one of the first and few SD only LIL's via the Ka sats.
It has been on newshawks list of possible upcoming HD markets here:

Has to be Lansing, other DMAs are Alpena which only has one channel and I think the U.P. is one or two DMAs, but the penetration is so low that it has to be Lansing.

D* had better get moving on the HD locals in the Charleston-Huntington, WV area. The Dish trucks are swarming around like bees to a hive.

Anyone have an idea of when this market was announced? It could not find it on the 7/28/08 Press Release.

Or was this an unannounced market?
