OK I recorded the Magic and Hawks game last night. When I go to watch it says its there but wont play it. It immediately asks me if I want to keep it or delete it. This happened to me earlier in the year but figured it was a error. I've also had several games record with no problem. Does anyone know what might have happened. It almost seems like its there but DTV receiver is blocking me from watching it. Annoying if you ask me. Thanks

I had the same problem with the celtics rockets game,except on my hr 22-100 it recorded 0 minutes on 1 tuner andon the 2nd tuner it only recoded 3 minutes! to make things worse i called tech support and the csr seemed shocked that i could actually record 2 programs at the same time!!!!! the only thing that stopped me from cussing him out was the FACT that my hr 10-250 HD-TIVO DID RECORD THE GAME like i set it to do .

I have had this problem many many times this year and it is getting real old real fast. I am going to call them about this and demand a credit. I have missed about 6 Laker games due to this and would have missed more had I not been watching while it was being recorded. The problem is when the game ends the recording stops and then starts another recording that is a blank screen. When this happens the original recording becomes unplayable and the 2nd one is nothing. It has been happening since day one this year. I now record the games on the regional network as a back up

Well last night it happened again, Lakers vs Heat, and this time it was channel 692 so it happens on the regional channels as well. I called and they are sending the issue to their enginers. Why don't this make me feel like it will get fixed

I might be wrong, but I believe that game was on NBA TV. If so, the local channel, 692, and the LP channel would be blacked out. Doesn't make sense to me.
