Windows 7 Beta MP3 Issue Resolved

WIndows 7 Beta team has already posted a fix for the MP3 file corruption reported by some, but not all users. Don't know if they have updated Build 7000 files as yet, but I would go and run the patch regardless... located here:

Those of you downloading the beta, please take note of this important fix. It is not built into the release, you must apply it.

(Hence I've decided to stick this thread for awhile.) :)

it's not for mine x64 windows 7, unless i've done something wrong (which i highly doubt i did)

it has prolly already been applied via win updates....i just installed
win7 32bit yesterday & that patch was part of the win update after the
initial install....
