We had lost power due to a tree falling on a power poll. When the power was restored the TVs were fine except we couldn't get into the Game Lounge on either of our receivers. I called a D* Service Tech, but he couldn't make the Game Lounge work. He told me to send an email to the Game Lounge. I told him my husband had sent one about a much less serious matter than not being able to log in and never got an answer. He got an auto email telling him the Game Lounge had his email and would reply in a day, but they never did. So I did an email about not being able to log into the Game Lounge on both our receivers. I get the same auto email and again never heard from anyone! My husband and I are addicted to the Game Lounge so we kept doing RBRs and even unplugged the receivers. Thankfully the Game Lounge started to work again. But it certainly is a waste of time to try to get any answers much less help from the Game Lounge

We have an unhappy Game Lounge addict in our house as well. The problem has been going on for a couple days now off and on.

I know the Game Lounge isn't looked on very favorably by many in these forums, but it really is a great time-waster for people who don't like computers (my aunt is crazy about it).

I was wondering if anyone actually used game lounge. It appears that there are at least 2 of you.

The Game Lounge acted up on us again this morning. I realize there is very, very, little interest in the Game Lounge on the Forum. However, the people who are interested in it are paying for it so D* should take care of it like they do any other programming. The Tech I was talking to kind of indicated that D* had turned the Game Lounge over to someone else? I really didn't understand this  And I have noticed since we have had the Game Lounge it has become more and more PC oriented. We do not have a PC to use for the Game Lounge. So I think D* should either take care of the Game Lounge or stop carrying it. Which, of course, I would very much hate to see happen. But not everyone in this world has a PC to use--believe it or not.

Again I know there is very, very, very little interest on the Forum about the Game Lounge. However, I'm happy to report that D* is currently working on the Game Lounge. I hope it will work better in the future :)

I think the reason a lot of us dislike it is how slow the active features (aka what gamelounge runs with) are. For me it is just too slow and I would prefer to use my computer.
