How can i become a "directv retailer"?

I've no idea where to start. I have a general idea meaning I need money for advertisement, office and people to answer the phone, and installers possibly.
What I really need to know is who do I contact in Directv and where to apply, what are they going to look for? (need to be prepared and use my few resources properly). What are my chances?
