72.5 SD Locals to 99/103 Status

Hello Everyone,
From what I can tell, Directv has mirrored some 72.5 SD locals on 99/103. I tried using the search function but could not find out if Wausau-Rhinelander SD locals were being broadcast to customers right now on 99/103. Does anyone know or have a timetable for this market (for SD or HD) being on 99/103?

Not on any list I can find.
Since Directv is trying to free 72.5 would expect "soon" would be the most common answer.:confused:

My youngstown locals on 72.5 are now in MPEG4, on which sat I do not know.
