waivers distant nets E*

i have been approved for nbc and fox since 9/2001 for la and denver distant nets.on the dish website billing section there is are check boxes for requesting waivers. what kind if any problems would i incur if i was to resubmit waiver request.trying for abc cbs.

Should be no problem, however note that if a Florida Judge has his way the Distant Nets could be a thing of the past really quick.
