Is it possible to watch other satellites on same dish?

If I get Dish or DirecTV, is there any way to watch other satellites?
I would like to be able to catch Galaxy 25 (263*E) Satellite, 11966-H 22000 - 2081, 2082. Is that possible, or would I have to haul another dish to the roof to get that? And another receiver? :confused:

You would need another dish and another receiver. Both Dish and Direct are pretty much closed, dedicated systems.
