I have an HR21-700 in the living room and an HR20-700 in the bedroom. When I registered for the software keys I received two keys. When I installed on my primary computer, it seemed to go okay. I am on a Linksys WRT54G router (10/100) and the video quality is fantastic. At first it skips a little, but I think once the stream is cached it seems to work fine. My only issue, if this is an issue, is that I can only connect to my bedroom HR20-700. When I go to setup to scroll to another server, I cannot see the HR21 in my living room. Am I supposed to install the second key somehow to activate the other DVR? Not sure if this is operator error or a known issue?

The "key" is for the computer, and not the DVRs. I have three DVRs [hardwired] and can play recordings from all of them [with one key].
Try rebooting the "problem" DVR and see if it then shows up.
