I've got a question for the gurus...

I've been rebuilding my house after storm damage late last summer. Because of this I had to remove my two dishes (110-119 & 149) from my roof to accomplish this. When I get ready, how do I appropriately tell Dish this, so I can get them reinstalled? And, if possible, I'd like to get them to do it without getting socked price wise. Dish is aware that my equipment has been out of service, having my service put into dormancy since the damage occurred.

Thanks!

Call dish and have them give you a quote. If it's too high, call a local contractor.

Tulsa, I took your advice and they quoted me $49. I think that's fair. I explained the circumstances, and was able to apply it as a warranty repair. The CSR I talked to was really sweet and very pleasant. Thanks Dish!

$49, does sound like a very good deal. Nice to see them take care of you like that.
