Bought a new HR22 from Best Buy and set it up in place of my R15. Problem is it will not activate.
After trying twice, the CSR said she had to fill out a form (what?? they still use paper forms?) to get the team lead to force a download of the latest software and it could be 24hrs for it to happen. (Again, WHAT? 24 hrs for a couple of keystrokes?) Anyway, no download happened over night, so I get to call and try to get them to move out on my problem again.
Frustrating that it is already shown as activated on my account though.
