Is anyone having problems with Direct TV saying the new software is causing the box to get a weak signal on some of your transponders? I had a technician test the signal strength at the box and he said it was 95% there are no diplexors only a multi-switch in the system. Any ideas? Thanks

Not really sure what you mean, it is normal for signal strength to vary from transponder to transponder.
Our boxes do not really measure signal strength anyway, but error correction, and are not calibrated to be accurate test instruments.
If you are not having problems with image freezing or pixilization, you are probably good.

There is a problem with the current version of software that causes lower signal strenghts on TUNER 2. Here's an item that is fixed in the current CE (beta) version of the software:
Tuner 2 low signal level readings (HR21-100 only)
