multiswitch going bad?

I have a au9 and wb68 multiswitch that feeds 1 dvr (2 lines) and older tivo, and a h21-100. About 2 months ago I had a h20-100 and it would lose all the guide info and only display channel 0-0. I called tech support and they sent me a h21-100. Everything was fine until last week the new replacement was doing the same thing. Wife was watching hgtvhd and it went black and nothing in the guide except channel 0-0, it happens every night. The other boxes are fine. I would think if its the lnb it would effect the other boxes. Ever hear of a problem like this?

Move the affected box to another location. See if it happens there. Take out the swith and run straight line to the IRD. See if it happens then.

when you replaced the receiver, did you replace the b band converters? it could also be a bad compression fitting or a bad cable.
