Dishplayer Guide

OK, I'm sure this has been discussed here before. But, does anyone know why I am only getting 5 days worth of guide on my DP. I have over 100 signal on both 110 and 119 satellites. I turn the unit off every night. It is upgraded with a maxtor 30gb. I've tried all the codes, etc. Any ideas, other than switch to direct tv :)

I've been losing days on my guides as well, I figured it was the usual BS and will fix itself in a few days. Maybe Dish is too chicken to spool the guide anymore over the weekend after the listing data fubar'ed all the Dishplayers a few weeks ago.

same her.. i was watching it download last night and saw it start at 3 a.m. and the twice saw "Tryin Again" and the at 3:14 it rebooted and did the 5 minute download, and then I had Richard Quest yelling at me while jumping up and down in his chair.

I guess a five day guide with a working dishplayer is better than the other problems we have had of the past few weeks. You have to count your blessings!
