Advanced Program Guide not loading

I'm hooking up a new HD receiver, following the guided installation procedure. It gets to the point where it is downloading the advanced program guide information. It downloads to 99% and stops there. I've tried it several times and get the same result. Any ideas?

I'm hooking up a new HD receiver, following the guided installation procedure. It gets to the point where it is downloading the advanced program guide information. It downloads to 99% and stops there. I've tried it several times and get the same result. Any ideas?

Make sure your dish type setting is correct. If you have, for example, the Slimline3 dish and selected the Slimline5 in setup, the receiver will hang looking for info from the 110 and 119 satellites.
