With all of the problems usually posted here with billing and programming issues with CS, here's a happy tale:
I purchased TiVo lifetime DVR service eons ago, but when switching over to the HR20-700 and HD Access, CSRs and Sups couldn't ever seem to transfer the lifetime TiVo service over. I kinda gave up and thought - that's just what you get for having to have the new tech.
Fast forward to my Jan Bill, and there's a 265.00 credit. I call and get Samantha, who is very kind and courteous, and she confirms they've finally corrected the mistake, and I now have 0.00 for my Lifetime DVR fee and the credit.
So I ask her to check back to when I added my R22, and was suspicious that since all my services had to be added back, I may have been overcharged for NFLST. Samantha works the account and rights that ship also to the tune of 116.50.
I then ask if there's anything else she can do for me, like how bout 3 more months SHO for free. Sure not a big deal, but I've been enjoying my customer appreciation freebie, so she says sure.
All taken care of in 10 minutes, and I'm very happy with this CSR experience.
