Tuner not Acquired

I am a DIYer and am upgrading to the HR 22 with a slimline 5 dish. I have the dish installed, and selected on the HR 22. Both tuners are saying "Not Acquired." My question is, does the "not acquired" mean that they are not finding the dish, or that there is no signal available. Please help!

Let’s start with the basic questions to narrow down the issue.

What is your location and what tilt and azimuth did you use?

Did you install the BBCs?

Dish is out of alignment most likely. Make sure mast is plumb. What procedure did you use to align the dish for azimuth, elevation and tilt?
