VOD on Wireless Gaming router

I'm having trouble activating my wireless gaming router to my HD DVR.
Any help :confused:

What specifically is happening? Will the configuration walk-thru even display on your screen? Security key issues?
A few things to keep in mind:

1. follow the setup guide step by step *in order*. Seems silly but one step out of order and the configuration steps won't show on screen.

2. If the config still wont show, unplug the ethernet from the receiver for about 20 seconds then plug back in. Wait a minute or two and it should pop up on it's own.

3. The security key is CaSe SeNsItIvE.

4. If your router has more than one security key that will work, normally one of them can be selected as the "default" key. THAT is the one you MUST use for the key to be accepted.

5. All else fails, Linksys is giving Tier 2 support for these. Although it's usually a call to India, I usually get pretty sharp folks there when I have router issues.
