Outstanding service...

:)Recently I was having issues with my D" service (first in over 2 years)..., I was experiencing breakups and lost channels, after calling D" the phone rep went through the tech steps and after nothing helped they quickly scheduled a sevice call for the next day, the techs showed up and arrived 3 hours earlier than scheduled, they repaired the issue on the dish quickly...Great job D'....Channels are perfect and the service thus far has been top notch...

However, IMHO, three hours early is just as bad as three hours late. :lol:
