Rate increase?

I thought when I signed a 2 year contract that the cost would be set until my contract ran out. It just went up $3.

You're locked in for the first year I believe and after that you're subject to the terms of the rate increase.

The promo price is just credits for 12months as well, so you are not locked into a lower package price, you are just getting credits.
