Why aren't the same stations available?

Ever since Dish replaced a dead 622 with a 722, I'm able to receive the Fox Business Channel on the 722 but not on the 622. It doesn't even show on any of the menus on the 622.

Can anyone solve this, most recent Dish mystery?

Have you tried calling Dish?

You can ask them to "hit" both your receivers again with your proper programming level. Sometimes when making account changes, especially de-authorizing an old receiver and authorizing a new one, there can be a glitch in the system.

First, I would determine if you are subscribing to the proper package to receive the Fox Business channel.

Try rebooting the 622 soft then hard (unplug).

Failing that, call tech support and ask for a re-hit on the 622 to see if that will jog its electrons.

I was getting FBC HD and FNC HD on my 722, but showed up as RED in the 622 EPG. Called dish, got a "hit" on the 622 & then they both had it.

Power Button reboot, pull-the-plug reboot, and check switch had no effect on the problem.
