2 Receivers in Close Proximity

We are planning to install a small HDTV in our kitchen and we'd prefer not to have the receiver (buying another HD-DVR) cluttering the area. The simplest install will be the family room due to the SWM splitter being located there.

My question is: can 2 receivers, each using the RF remote, be installed in close proximity without impacting the other? Thanks in advance.

Of course they can but you will have to program the Remotes so that one Remote will operate one DVR or Receiver and the other Remote will operate the only one.

Also, you will have to run your Audio and Video Cables to your TV/Amp.

Part of the setup for RF is keying in the receiver's ID.
Also you can use one remote for up to three receivers too.
