Well the current economic situation has hit home a bit more than we anticipated so we are cutting where we can.
We will be discontinuing DTV and going to TIVO and OTA which will save $850 per year:D

We mostly watch network TV anyway and the TIVO unit offers some very cool features like Netflix streaming and support for my Rhapsody account.

Thanks for all the assistance over the years I'll still be hanging around the new Home Theater section.

Maybe you can try hulu+netflix. That way, you save on Tivo, too.

I meant you don't even need Tivo. Hulu has most network shows. With $8, you have most movies and network TV shows covered. Probably cheaper than $12-13 dollars a month for TV subscription. You will only need OTA for sports and news.
