for those interested if Fox will ever be in HD on OTA it is being worked on.
presently, as expected, there is not enough bandwidth to carry the HD signal on 7.2 due to ABC/WVII being HD on 7.1.
An application has been filed to FCC for a separate channel to accomplish this.It will be a lengthy process, but at least it is being worked on.
fwiw, the people at wvii operations are very friendly and helpful. They were a real asset getting the recent ota issue corrected with d* and the am21 database issue.

I am able to receive the Portland fox carrier on 23-1, this is broadcast out of Litchfield and is a HD feed.
if you can get this on your TV tuner you can add Albany zip code 12201 as a secondary and their fox 23 guide will match during primetime.
I found this today and have set up all my am21 with it. I tried a few zips but this one had the least amount of duplications with my Bangor market.
