I have a DRD430RE. I just looked through my manual and it says if you forget your pass word, you must contact the D* authorization center. If that is what you are asking.

Can someone help unlock my family profile? I have forgotten the password. Someone said that I must contact a dealer. Is that true? I hope not. HELP!!
