So I got home from the store and flipped on the TV to see nothing but a black screen. Then I noticed the blue circle on the HR was chasing and very dim. So I RBRed and it came back up but didn't get any further then the "Almost There" screen. Next, I pulled the plug for a few minutes. Again it got no further than the "Almost There" screen.

Is that it? Is it shot?

Anything else I should try?

Unplug it for 30 minutes and try again.

Disconnect your network cable if you have it connected or try just using one of your 2 cable connections on tuner 1. You don't have a lot of options. Your drive may be going bad. Also maybe try to 02468 and d/l national release again.

Tried that too.

Really? I have't heard that one. Okay.

That's what I'm afraid of.

I've tried that too. It looks like it downloads, get's to 100%, then hangs there with the chasing blue circle.

Sounds like it's your fault---you should never have gone to the store....:D:D

*sigh*, yeah, it's on the way. At least I didn't have a lot saved on it.

Of course you're right. Or at least, I shouldn't have left it showing "Jaws". The wife says the shark must have gotten it.
